Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed last Thursday’s class, it really unknotted all my stressed muscles and I felt properly centred after it. During the meditation, I felt as if I had two REALLY heavy weights in my hands! I have never experienced this before, it was a very strong sensation, but good, not scary!

Just had to contact you – today has been a fantastic, calm “oasis” after a less than peaceful year. I even managed to have a relaxing yet invigorating 2 hour sleep this afternoon. I can only put it down to the class with you this morning. Amazing!
